Solal Iron Plus™

Contains patented Ferrochel® chelated iron combined with supportive bioidentical forms of vitamin B12 and folate, for healthy red blood cell formation and function. Iron is an essential mineral and an important component of proteins involved in oxygen transport and metabolism. It reduces the fatigue associated with iron deficiency anaemia. SOLAL® Iron Plus™ with Ferrochel® is better absorbed and causes less gastric upset.

Indications

Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. For healthy red blood cell formulation and function.

Pharmacological Action

Iron is an essential mineral and an important component of proteins involved in oxygen transport and metabolism. Folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency can cause megaloblastic anaemia.

Dosage Directions

Adults and children over 14 years of age:
Take 1 capsule in the morning after breakfast.

Side Effects

Side effects may include constipation, diarrhoea and/or vomiting.

Contraindications

Not indicated in the treatment of pernicious anaemia. Do not administer concomitantly with parenteral iron. Should not be given to patients with anaemias not produced by iron deficiency.
